  • Guest:For this being a Hilton the property was not maintained very well - cracked bathroom ceiling. The whirlpool was not working. The sauna was not hot. The elevators were terrible 10 -15 minute wait to get to our room on the 12th floor.
  • Guest:Our room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Beds were average. When we told them our coffee maker didn’t work they immediately replaced it. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant (the drinks were especially good). The common areas of the hotel are quite dated and worn, but the room itself was not. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.
  • Guest:Thermostat in the room was not working - it was way colder than 72. The hot water was spotty. There isn't enough parking and I had to park up the hill - for the amount I spent for 3 nights, one would at least expect a place to park. The restaurant is terrible - it used to be good. Now you have to use some stupid app to order, you don;t see a server until food comes out, but expected to tip 18-25%. The breakfast was terrible. We were one of 2 tables in there at 7am and it took 30+ minutes to get a coffee and 40 minutes for breakfast - which had cold eggs, crappy bread and butter too cold to spread, waffles that were by no means good. Can't come up with a compelling reason to go back, especially for the cost.
  • Guest:Great location for getting to Bentleyville. We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not available. Nothing was mentioned upon check in. We went up to the restaurant for drinks on two separate occasions. It has a spectacular view; however, it was a bit confusing on how service worked. The QR code experience was not convenient. On the first occasion we ended up ordering through a server. She was pleasant and attentive. The second occasion we ordered but had to wait awhile. When we asked someone about getting our drinks and were told that it would probably be best to just go to the bar and get them since it was late and the bar server was the only one on. Parking and check out process was good.
